We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, clean, free of pet hair or odors, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. For hygiene and animal-safety reasons, used carriers cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Start a return

Email hello@glueandgo.shop with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
